Our plantain didn’t ripen as expected, so we decided to leave it covered until tomorrow.

This is actually the period many producers are tempted to force-ripen plantain just to meet demand.

But at Tom Confectioneries, we’d rather tell you it’s not available than compromise on quality.

No chemicals.

No shortcuts.

No rushing nature.
