One thing about me? I'm always looking for healthier alternatives to everyday foods for my family.

As a therapeutic nutritionist, I know how much food can either nourish or harm the body. And when it comes to school snacks, those sugar-loaded biscuits can be a concern.

So here's my simple healthy cookie recipe that has been a lifesaver!

✨ Ingredients:
• 1000ml HealMeal Oatmeal Flour from elblends
• 4 eggs
• 100–150g milk
• 10 bananas
• A pinch of baking powder

I’ve met a lot of people living with diabetes, and there’s one common thing I keep hearing:

“My doctor told me to stay away from fruits.”

The truth is, many people become afraid of fruits because of the natural sugar (fructose) they contain. But what most people don’t understand is that fruits also contain something extremely important for blood sugar control — FIBER 🍎🥝

A lot of people in Nigeria are battling with ulcers, and the shocking part is many believe ulcers can never be permanently treated.

That’s not completely true. Most ulcers can heal properly when you understand the real cause and follow the right treatment and lifestyle routine. 👇

1️⃣ First, confirm you truly have an ulcer by doing a proper hospital test for H. Pylori bacteria.

2️⃣ Understand what caused it — contamination, poor eating habits, overuse of certain drugs, alcohol, smoking, or excessive fasting.

3️⃣ Follow a proper diet and lifestyle routine that helps reduce acid triggers and allows your stomach to heal naturally.
