After retiring from the Civil Service in December 2004, I embarked on a transformative journey into entrepreneurship. This new chapter has been marked by a deep commitment to learning and growth, reflected in my participation in a wide range of entrepreneurial training programs. These include:
- Daystar Leadership Academy
- EDC – Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Initiative
- Cherie Blair Foundation for Women
- ITC SME Academy – where I earned 46 certificates, Digital Transformation.etc.
- HerFinance/IHK
And ongoing:
- ShowcaseHer / ImpactHer
- AU-CIEFFA / ImpactHer
Each of these programs has significantly expanded my expertise in areas such as
- Business Formation,
- Growth Strategies,
- Agribusiness, and
- Export Development.
The knowledge I’ve gained has been both empowering and transformative.
Driven by a desire to share this wealth of insight and support other entrepreneurs, I recently earned a Certification in Business Development as a Service Provider.
This milestone marks a new phase in my journey—one focused on impact, mentorship, and sustainable business growth.
