Alot of Crayfish vendors had fallen out of business or made a switch, why? The high prices of crayfish weekly is alarming. This heat is mostly affecting Lagos , Ogun vendors as the fishing of crayfish from the rivers have been stopped (reasons unknown). This had led to difficulty in trading as vendors travels down to other states such as Ondo, Bayelsa etc to source for crayfish.

The batch I distributed last to my customers (retailers) the woman asked "my dear, how are you making profit?" I know there's no gain with this your price. I said 'hmmn, Mama thank God to you know I'm being considerate with my fellow humans, I just hope they're considerate too🥺

She later said soup is not complete without it 'e go taste somehow', the taste is different and sweeter when added. This serve as a motivation😊, I wish to connect to more people who think the same and want a tasty and healthy meal...

Aging healthy comes with a lot of self-discipline, what we eat matters to stay healthy to avoid health issues such as , etc. This matter is more controversial in mixed families ( comprises of both old and young people) which I've had experience of, it can sound so funny how a deprived people of and . The old want foods without sweeteners for their health benefits but the young want a meal. The burden of cooking separately became an issue, it is time consuming, and expensive.

The clause - not that the aged ones don't like tasty meals but are scared of their health deteriorating.

Shrimps or crayfish as well call it has alot of health benefits such as Phosphorus, , selenium, copper. It the bones and muscles, builds and repairs , organs and nerves. It's good source of vitamin B12 and E. It's rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps reduce , improve health and function

Despite the numerous health benefits of crayfish it can also serve as a sweetener for tasty meal which both old and young will agree to.
