recently got a meat pie from a newly opened business because I wanted to support and patronise them. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed because the meat pie was extremely hard and difficult to eat.

I reached out to them privately and showed them exactly what I experienced, not to bring them down, but because I genuinely believe feedback is important for every growing business.

As business owners, especially in the food industry, we have to pay attention to the quality of what we serve our customers. People spend their hard-earned money on food, and they deserve to enjoy every bite.

My message to every food business owner is simple: please, let’s do things right. Don’t rush to sell just because you want to make money. Take your time, maintain good standards, listen to feedback, and always put yourself in the customer’s position.

We all make mistakes, but what matters is learning from them and doing better. ❤️
