My journey into nutritherapy began in Abuja in 2022. At the time, I was already passionate about food, cooking, and creating. But I started to see food differently, not just as a meal, but as medicine, a tool to restore health, support wellness, and balance the body from within.
I realized that many health challenges, hormonal imbalance, low energy, digestive issues, often start with what we eat and how we eat it. That was the moment I decided to pursue nutritherapy with purpose.
After Abuja, I moved back to Lagos to expand my vision. It wasn’t always easy, but by God’s grace, I’ve successfully handled about ten cases of different health challenges, helping people regain strength, balance their systems, and take control of their health.
Each case deepened my understanding of the body, nutrition, and the transformative power of intentional eating, but I didn't stop there.
My passion for food and wellness naturally grew into other areas. I established my catering services NoBeks Exclusive Meals to bring wholesome, nutritionally conscious meals to events and families, making healthy eating accessible and delicious.
I opened my restaurant, a space where quality, taste, and wellness coexist, so people can experience food that nourishes and delights.
Education has always been close to my heart, so I founded my own culinary school De Kitchen studio culinary academy where I train aspiring chefs not just to cook, but to understand the science of food, the art of formulation, and the impact of meals on health.
Through this, I am shaping a generation of food professionals who can cook with intention and create meals that heal.
Alongside all of this, I developed my product line, Wholefibre pap, protein powders, granola, wholemeal bread, snacks, and other functional foods.
Each product is carefully formulated to support digestion, hormonal balance, energy, and overall wellness. My goal is to provide people with practical, culturally relevant options that improve their health without forcing them to give up the foods they love.
My drive is clear. I want to educate, create, and provide solutions that empower people to live healthier lives.
I want to make nutritherapy accessible and respected, my catering and restaurant services examples of how wellness can be delicious, and my culinary school a hub for knowledge and skill.
This journey is not just about business, it’s about purpose. Every meal I prepare, every product I formulate, every student I train, is part of a bigger mission, to transform how people eat, think about food, and care for their bodies, and I am only just getting started.
