UAC Foods Limited , through the HR team, was pleased to host Industrial Relations & HRM students from for an immersive learning experience across our plants and corporate offices, providing practical exposure to HR functions, manufacturing operations, and the strategic role of HR in driving business performance.

The Students gained first-hand insights into key HR areas, including Talent Management, Learning & Performance, Industrial Relations, Facility & Admin Management, Workforce Strategy, and the integration of HR with overall business operations.

This initiative created a valuable bridge between academic theory and real-world HR practice (Town and Gown philosophy), helping students better understand professional standards, operational realities, and HR’s impact on business success.
