Early morning nugget: PLAN your pregnancy.
Especially you, woman.
Because you’re the one whose body will be stretched.
Whose emotions will be torn.
Whose blood will be drained to build another life.
So hear me clearly:
Don’t get pregnant if you’re under constant stress.
A tired body doesn’t build strong babies, except you want a baby that body will always be peppering.
Don’t get pregnant for an absent man.
Fatherhood is not a spiritual title — it’s presence.
Don’t get pregnant for an abusive partner.
Bringing a child into violence is not love. It’s trauma on arrival.
Don’t get pregnant for a POOR MAN.
Because love won’t pay for antenatal.
And vibes won’t fix anemia.
Children deserve more than struggle from day one.
Pregnancy is not an accident.
It’s not punishment.
It should be a decision — made with wisdom, health, and support.
If you can plan a wedding,
Plan a photoshoot,
Plan your birthday trip…
Then please, plan your pregnancy.
