POS Failed Transaction: What Would You Do?

Good afternoon, fellow business owners! 👋

I need your advice on a POS transaction that happened at Lovely's Grocery Store .

A customer tried to withdraw ₦10,000, but the transaction showed declined on my terminal due to network issues. The next day, he returned saying his account had been debited.

I checked my terminal, requested a refund, and later the dispute status showed the transaction had been refunded. I also gave him the transaction slip to follow up with his bank, but the money has still not reflected.

Fellow POS agents and business owners, what would you advise me to do next?
