If IVD were the one in custody today, would Blessing CEO not have been everywhere, fighting, speaking, soliciting and doing everything possible to secure his release?
That woman, despite all the controversies surrounding her, was building something.
She was building a name. A brand. A career. And whether we liked her methods or not, you cannot deny that she worked hard to get to where she was.
But sometimes, one wrong choice can put years of hard work at risk.
Men will always be men. Understandably, people will choose themselves and protect their own interests first. But there are still men who understand love beyond words. Men who appreciate kindness. Men who reciprocate gestures. Men who will stand beside you when the tables turn and not only when everything is rosy.
Blessing CEO is a painful reminder that not everyone deserves a seat at your table.
Not everyone deserves access to your inner space.
Not everyone you love should have the power to bring down everything you've spent years building.
She cried, struggled, hustled and fought to build that brand. Now, the very brand she sacrificed so much for is gradually being overshadowed by one relationship and one controversial choice.
And it leaves me asking…
Where is IVD?
Where is the man whose name became so intertwined with hers?
Where is the support now? I understand he might be fighting behind closed doors but hey.....
Where is the love that was strong enough to make her risk so much?
Will Blessing CEO ever get another opportunity to rebuild what she has lost?
Maybe she will.
Maybe she won't.
But there is a lesson here for every woman:
Love people, but don't lose yourself in loving them.
She was trying to save IVD and then ended up destroying herself because that cancer story is from where to where??
And above all, be very careful about the Love you give access to, your reputation, your peace and the empire you've spent years building.. Your brand is your baby, please protect it.
Because sometimes, the wrong person can make you loose everything you ever worked for all your life.
Kai! May God help her overcome this.
