Parfait is food, and it can be quite filling. When it is served alongside other meals at an event, a large portion can easily become too much for a guest.
One of the guests at the event we served on Sunday told me she never thought she would finish her parfait because she had always believed that parfait served at occasions are left unfinished by guests and those she tasted at some events were sour and tangy.

An this got me thinking… if you’d be adding parfait to the list of edibles for your event where food will also be shared, I’d recommend a small, well-portioned size and please, taste matters too. make sure you get from a very good parfait vendor.
parfait should be sweet biko, these people should stop spoiling business for us.
