We had a customer who bought our parfait and said, he was not really a fan of it but a friend recommended us to him.

When he came, he even asked our sales rep if she was sure that the parfait was nice.

She said it’s very nice, in fact, if you taste it and you don’t like it come back. I’ll give you back your money.

The next day, he came back and was like the parfait was so nice.

The fruits and granola were so fresh and he enjoyed it🤭.

So if you have been wondering whether to trust us with your parfait cravings.

Take this as a sign😌.

A new client booked 20 packs of smallchops last week, she came two days ago to pick up, she was to use it the next day.

I was in class when she called that something happened to the smallchops, there were opening up as she was frying them.

I asked her what happened, hope they are frozen as she is frying them.

She said no.

How??

She said, she brought them out to defrost😭😭.

Heeei, God ooo, how Kwanu, we always tell our clients, fry frozen, how did you miss that.

She said she totally forgot.

I felt really bad because it was a huge loss.

She paid for another packs, we added one free for her because that was a huge loss, atleast let her eat that one when she is done with her delivery.

I got a call from her later that day, her client really loved them smallchops and have booked her to deliver 200 packs of smallchops for 28th December, the joy I felt ee😩.

Auntie sent money to secure 40 packs for 28th, I told her thank you ma but don’t forget to fry frozen ooo, I am not giving out extra packs biko na our profit and capital be that one😂.

So the other day, I came online, went through my comment section and found out that some people were arguing that most of my students are not actually beginners.

According to them, most of them came for an upgrade and already had some knowledge of baking.

And I was just here reading and laughing, one even called her a liar 😂.

Truth is, every single one of these ladies came for the beginners class with zero knowledge in baking.

No previous baking experience.

The only upgrade they got was the one that happened right here in class.

I love that we teach our students so well that it builds doubt.

That’s how good our academy is!!!

We make them pay attention to details, understand every step, and most importantly, do the work themselves.

They make mistakes, we correct them, they practice again, and gradually, everything starts coming together.

So if the results are making you think they came with experience, I honestly understand😂.

But my people they are all beginners so just relax your mind🤣.

Shaaa come and join our next batch, seeing is believing✌️.

Heeewwwwwww see line up nau🥰🥰.

My girls no gree at all

They nearly chased me out of class yesterday because I told some to remove jagajaga they covered and start again😂.

That was how they started saying mama is time for school runs I should come and be going.

No wahala even Jesus was betrayed😕.

Can’t wait to show you guys what we are cooking!!!!

This is how our academy is looking this morning after all the baking yesterday😩.

Yesterday, everywhere was so busy, from mixing to baking, moving up and down, washing bowls, arranging things.everybody was just focused on getting the job done.

But this morning, we are now seeing the evidence of yesterday’s hard work. every corner are basically saying, “we really worked yesterday”.

Honestly, this is the part of baking nobody really talks about. You can have a beautiful cake at the end, but before that cake comes out looking all cute and perfect, there’s a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes.

So yes, this is our academy this morning the aftermath of a very busy baking day.

Now who is ready to see the beauty my girls are about to create for their final project?🤭.
