I nearly confronted one of my customers last week. 😂
I went to supply her peanut, and her sales rep told me they had sold out and needed more. I told her I was going to drop plenty pouches so it would last them until I came back this week.
In the process, madam heard our conversation and started questioning her sales rep about why she would say that. She then told me to just drop the “normal quantity.” 😩
I didn't argue. Something inside me just said, “Customers are always right.” 😂 So I quietly left.
Guess who called me yesterday to bring MORE peanut? 😂😂
Sometimes, customers can humble you, but no panic! Just keep doing your part, provide good products and service, and let the product speak for itself.
