One of the challenges I used to face for Moimoi production is beans pealing.
I don’t know how to pound pistol, so I’ll use my hand to rub it off.
Most people would want to soak their beans before rubbing it off, but that will make it difficult because the bean has soaked water and will be sticky of the bean seed.
And another disadvantage is that it won’t double in size after grinding beans it already doubled while in water.
When I started, instead of soaking or using pistol, I’ll just sprinkle water on it, rub off the peels the wash and pour into a sieve.
This pattern was working well until we discovered another pattern that now works better.
Once you get your dried beans, take it to the grinding machine, grind it together with the peels the wash off the peels with a sieve.
This pattern is faster and saves time.
