Loneliness is as dangerous to the heart as smoking. When you are lonely, your body feels stressed all the time. That stress raises your blood pressure. It weakens your immune system. It increases your risk of heart disease.

Smoking harms your heart slowly, and loneliness does the same. The difference is that loneliness is invisible. No one sees it, but it is killing you quietly. So do not ignore your need for connection. Call a friend. Join a group. Talk to someone. Your heart needs people as much as it needs air.

What does healing look like in this season of your life?

Healing in this season looks quiet. It is not dramatic. It is not loud. It is waking up and choosing to be gentle with yourself. It is resting without guilt. It is saying no to what drains you and yes to what gives you peace. It is forgiving people who never said sorry. It is letting go of what you cannot control.

It is praying even when your words are few. It is crying when you need to and laughing when you can. It is taking one small step forward, even when it feels slow. Healing is not a race. It is a process. And in this season, it looks like showing up for yourself every day, even in the smallest ways.

KINGDOM NEWS.

Who told you the shame? It is your past failures that keep replaying like a movie. They remind you of what you did. They whisper, "You are not forgiven. You are not worthy." But that is a lie. God does not remember what the blood has washed.

Isaiah 43:25 says, "I, I am He who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins."

The blood of Jesus has cleaned you. God has forgotten what you keep replaying. So stop watching that old movie. It is over. You are forgiven. You are free. Walk in that truth.
