Every journey has a starting point. Mine didn’t begin in the kitchen — it began on the restaurant floor.
Before becoming the chef behind ImaO Savoury Kitchen, I started as a restaurant supervisor. My job was to make sure everything ran smoothly — from service to customer satisfaction. But while doing that, I found myself constantly drawn to the kitchen… watching, learning, asking questions, and falling in love with the art of cooking.
What started as curiosity slowly became passion.
Passion became practice.
Practice became skill.
Today, I proudly stand as a chef, creating delicious meals and building ImaO Savoury Kitchen one plate at a time.
This journey reminds me that where you start does not limit where you can go. Growth happens when passion meets dedication.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. The story is still being written, and the best is yet to come.
