Drivers are gradually making running a business in Nigeria unbearable for small business owners.

Please if you are in such situation what will you do as a business owner??

I gave an order to a driver going to Abraka Delta state from Port harcourt early hours of this morning . I kept on telling this driver that it’s perishable oo and it must get to our customer today so it doesn’t get bad. He told me no problem that they don’t go directly to Abraka but will hand over to another driver when he gets to ughelli. I had no choice the but to accept the terms

Only for customer to call us saying that she called the driver but he was mentioning a name that’s not hers on the package, that he even said the package has not left Portharcourt and will leave tomorrow . I immediately called the same driver he told me that the package was with him that he’s on the road.

Luckily for me before sending out I snapped the package and sent to her that morning.
If not there would be no evidence that I actually sent out her package

She got a call to come pick up her package and on getting there the item there was not her order but it had her number with another person’s name on it.

I have been calling this same driver since 7pm but his number is not connecting.

Now there’s high chance that by tomorrow an order worth 20k with waybill would have gone bad.
