“Biochemical Markers of Chronic Stress and Depression and Their Impact on Student Mental Wellbeing.”

One thing became clear:
Mental health is not a weakness — it is a vital part of academic success and personal growth.
Stress affects more than emotions. It affects the brain, sleep, memory, concentration, motivation, and overall wellbeing.

“just one” quietly became almost every day.
