Introducing,
The "Clean-to-Cook" Standard
This standard is designed to ensure that our clients can start cooking within 60 seconds of opening their delivery.
Proteins: Fish is descaled, gutted, and cut to the client’s preference.
Chicken/Meat is washed, singed and portioned into "family-size" or "meal-size" airtight bags.
Result: Our clients never have to touch raw, bloody meat or wash a cutting board.
The "Obe-Ata" Base: Peppers, onions, and tomatoes are washed, blended to the desired texture (coarse or smooth), and parboiled to remove excess water.
Result: Our client just pours the base into hot oil. No blending noise, no stinging eyes, no cleanup.
Tuber/Root Veggie Prep: Yams or potatoes are peeled, sliced, and kept in lightly salted water or vacuum-sealed.
The "Ready-to-Store" Organization: We don't just drop bags on the floor. We arrange the items in our client's fridge or pantry according to "First-In, First-Out" logic.
