Dont you ever get discouraged, keep on with the good works, attend trainings, develop yourself, get new skill and have faith in God even in trying times.
I remember my first pitch, I lost during the first round, I wanted to give up but with God on my side I didnt, I kept going, attending trainings and seminars and attaching my self under a mentor. The good news is that it paid off. Dont you ever give up on your dreams keep moving forward.

We have sold off 60% of our birds. We learn through advise from those that are experienced and through practicing what we learn. We identified areas to improve on in our next batch of day old Chick which include:
1. Prompt response to any abnormality noticed.
2. Strict application of biosecurity measures
3. Following our vaccination schedule strictly
4. Ensuring that we get wood shavings on time to replace old litter
Note: You have to be up and doing while rearing birds, any mistake you make may have adverse effect on them.
We are making progress in achieving our goals.
