I have read from some coaches on facebook about page being better thank profile.
I agree with them but this is what I have to say concerning it.
For a content creator, I will recommend using both.
• Profile → Great for building personal connection, getting friend requests/followers, and sharing your everyday/lifestyle content.
• Page → Better for building a dedicated creator/brand, professional tools, insights, and eventually monetization opportunities.
• Best strategy: Make your profile your main personal audience builder and use your Page as your content/brand hub. You can share your best posts between them, but avoid simply posting the exact same thing every time.
