Fly with me from Lagos to Cairo through Doha on ✈️

I was so stressed trying to make my connecting flight, my heart rate saw levels it hadn’t seen before 😂😭

Anyways, we made it! In Cairo for a few days 🇪🇬

This was the first time I flat fried Akara aka Akara Pancake as I was intentionally staying away from deep fried food and it was super delicious! I’m yet to try the Akara waffle but best believe I’ll be sharing once I do.

This was super yummy and I’ve done it again and again since this first trial 🤎

Got food from in the most unexpected manner 😅 - I practically run into her so often and had been following her page for the longest time

Thus was absolutely delicious and totally converted me - so yah now team orange sweet potatoes 😂
