CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

On the Tragic Bandits’ Attack on Tudun Bicci, Wasagu Chiefdom, Danko-Wasagu Local Government Area

I received with deep sorrow the heartbreaking news of the recent bandits’ attack on Tudun Bicci, a community in Wasagu Chiefdom of Danko-Wasagu Local Government Area, which claimed the lives of a gallant soldier, two dedicated Forest Guards, and two innocent civilians on their way to their farms.

This tragic incident is a painful reminder of the security challenges confronting our communities. The loss of these brave security personnel and innocent citizens is not only a tragedy for their families but also for the entire people of Danko-Wasagu Local Government Area, the Zuru Emirate and Kebbi State in particular.

On behalf of myself and my family, I extend my heartfelt condolences to H.E. Comrade Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu, the executive Governor of Kebbi State, Executive Chairman of Danko-Wasagu Local Government Area, the Wasagu Chiefdom, the bereaved families, the good people of Danko-Wasagu LGA, Zuru Emirate, and Kebbi State over this unfortunate incident.

I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants eternal rest to the souls of the deceased, forgives their shortcomings, and admits them into Aljannatul Firdaus. May He also grant their families, loved ones, and the affected communities the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.

I also pray for the safety, peace, and lasting security of our communities. May Allah continue to protect our security personnel as they make sacrifices to defend our nation and restore lasting peace to our land.

I successfully cast my vote today in the Kebbi State House of Assembly by-election. It’s always a privilege to take part in shaping our future.

I pray for peace throughout the process and victory for our great party, APC. May the best choice for our people emerge.

I had the privilege of attending the flag-off campaign of Hon. Rabiu Bedi, the APC candidate for the State House of Assembly.

The event was filled with energy, unity, and a strong sense of purpose. It was inspiring to see the massive support from the people, all coming together with a shared vision for progress and effective representation.

Hon. Rabiu Bedi’s message of development, inclusiveness, and commitment to the welfare of the people truly resonated with everyone present. This is a clear sign that better days are ahead.

As we move forward in this political season, I want to sincerely call on all youths to shun any form of violence. Elections should be a period of ideas, not conflict. Let us remain peaceful, law-abiding, and focused on the progress of our society.

Let us continue to support and work together for a brighter future.
