Where the Bones Sing and Where the Bones Dance is a small batch barleywine we put in a small Four Roses bourbon barrel.

I can already tell you that this BA barleywine is really bad to the bone! It's packet with flavour and silky smoothness with a amazing barrel finish.

There a 2 versions, 1 straight barrel and 1 with almonds and coconut and we pour both b**rs on The Dark Flight b**rfest on the 10th of October.

Last tickets available for the evening session so get yours if you don't want to miss out.

Next up, a short story long:

Last year we visited Danny's brewery in the Netherlands to brew an imperial stout, but we went too big on the adjunct grains and the mash got completely stuck.

It took three attempts to finally get the b**r into the fermenter, which got us thinking about the psychological concept of the Dark Triad.

Only a few bottles of The Dark Triad made it to Romania, and we decided to brew the second part here:

Beyond the Dark Triad - Maple Pecan Pie Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, 12% ABV. - Klere Boght collab.

For this one, we emptied a 19-month-old Heaven Hill barrel, then added 60 g/L of home-roasted pecans (that was fun) from the USA, along with some maple syrup.

It came out very nutty and sweet, with aromas of baked pastries and maple syrup, followed by a bit of booziness.

No bottles left.

Earlier this year we did a collab with our mates from 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 and it was mental!

There is a small amount of kegs of the base b**r that was left before we put it in the fridge for some ice cold madness 🤘🏻

If your are lucky you might get the chance to taste this beast with date syrup.
