🍜 Spicy XO Mushroom Carbonara Noosta

“Noosta” = noodles + pasta 🙂
It’s our favourite way to swap classic pasta dishes for noodles and this spicy carbonara version might be the best one yet.

Creamy, cheesy, spicy noodles ready in 15 minutes. Comfort food with a chilli oil upgrade.

🛒 Ingredients
• 1 pack Chilli Chan’s XO Mushroom Noodles
• 100 g bacon
• 1 egg
• 2 garlic cloves
• Parmesan
• Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil

👩‍🍳 How to make

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and reserve a little noodle water.
2. Mix the egg, parmesan, noodle water, and the sauces from the noodle pack in a bowl.
3. Fry the bacon in Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil until golden and crispy.
4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Add the noodles and toss together.
6. Remove from the heat, pour in the sauce, and mix quickly until creamy and glossy.
7. Finish with extra parmesan and more Crispy Chilli Oil.

🍜 Taiwanese style XO noodle bowl in 10 minutes

Fresh, simple, and packed with flavour. Jammy eggs, crunchy toppings, and a spicy finish with Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil.

🛒 Ingredients
• 1 pack Chilli Chan’s XO Mushroom Noodles
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sugar
• Spring onion
• Grated carrot
• Sweet corn
• Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil

👩‍🍳 How to make

1. Boil the eggs for 5–7 minutes.
2. Chop the spring onions while the eggs cook.
3. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and reserve a little noodle water.
4. Mix the sauces from the pack with sugar and a splash of noodle water.
5. Add the noodles and toss until coated.
6. Top with carrot, corn, spring onions, and the eggs.
7. Finish with a drizzle of Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil.

Rich, saucy pork noodles with crispy chilli oil 🌶️

A simple, Chinese-style recipe from , made with bold flavour and everyday ingredients

Ingredients:
- Your favourite noodles flavour
- Minced pork
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Chilli Chan’s Crispy Chilli Oil 🌶️
- Pak choi
- Egg (optional)

How to make:
1. Fry the minced pork, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine and a drizzle of sesame oil. Add Crispy Chilli Oil for extra heat 🌶️
2. Cook your Chilli Chan’s noodles according to instructions, adding pak choi to the water
3. Drain, then mix the noodles with the sauces from the pack
4. Top with the pork, pak choi and a fried egg cooked in Crispy Chilli Oil (trust us 👀)
