August has been full of highs and a very significant low. Those who have never experienced the death of a pet will never understand.

But it's also been about building myself up again and getting stronger. Not quite there, but progress has been made as I was rock bottom after prep.

The recovery!!! It's time to build these sparrow legs and saggy glutes back up!

My lower really took a hit in prep. Nowhere near the strength I had when I ended the build.

It's a long road to recovery, but this is just the start.

I just have to keep being consistent because consistency is key!!

I am sure I have said that before 🤣

Amsterdam! It was such a lovely break. But kept moving.....averaged 30000 steps every day! Enjoyed the sights and the food!

Now, back on plan, and it's time to build Lisa 2.0!

4 weeks apart! Much more defined. Much less body fat!

A whole new approach to prep and peak week did me the world of good.

The aim was to beat myself, and I can safely say I did that and more! Excited to see what next years physique will look like. I aim to bring a whole new package!

My first slice of heaven was this amazing cake from my wifey Anna! This lady has been my voice of reason through the whole of prep. Supporting me and helping me along when times got rough.

She made me this amazing cake to have after the show and also provided me with my first glass of champagne after it, too!

Needless to say that we have a lot of catching up to do!! Firstly, food and bingo lingo on sat!!! Ahh, it's gonna be epic!!!

My best look to date! I came into my last show with even more condition and muscle pop than ever. I was super happy with the look after seeing the pictures but very unconvinced stepping onto this stage.

These pictures prove that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and that I deserved to be on that stage!

My physique was made better by adding tweaks to my posing with Ade Adrienne and with a different approach to my prep and peak week than with the last show by Jamie Jamie Price - TeamPrice Head Coach

Between these two masterminds, I was looking my very best on that day, and I am very thankful to them both 🙏

From the high of the weekend to the very low of today. This morning, our little bundle of fun and love, Biscuit, very unexpectedly and suddenly died. We are thankful that we were all there to comfort him when he passed.

11 and a half years of pure love with our Biscuit. He had so much love to give. Now to keep an eye on his brother, who will really feel it when he realises Biscuit is not coming back in a few days 😭😢.

RIP Biscuit ###

4th place and an invite to the British naturals championships! What a day!

I will post more soon and I have so many thank yous to do. But for now I need to wash this tan off and chill!!
