We thought it would be nice to give you a reminder that KING'S DAY is just a few days away and what a better way to celebrate it than with a big bite of the king of all desserts - Knafeh!
Melting mozzarella, crispy kataif, ‏aromatic syrup and crunchy pistachios - what else can we ask for?!

We prepare it & you only need to bake it in your oven for a super warm and fresh experience.
The beautiful thing about it, is that you can order it, bake it and eat it straight away, or you have the option to keep it in your fridge or freezer and just pop it in the oven whenever you’re ready for a mind blowing experience. So you actually eat it hot, crunchy and cheesy.

It’s made with shredded filo dough (Kataif), stretchy melty mozzarella cheese, sweet aromatic orange blossom syrup and nutty pistachios. The result is the most delicious, balanced bite.
For us, this is the ultimate dessert. We will take a good fresh Knafeh over any chocolate cake, lemon meringue pie, or ice cream. Any day. It’s the perfect texture and flavor combination!
