We are incredibly proud to see our products on the shelves in Wassenaar. It is a big step for Biologisch Vleesch Atelier and one we are very excited about! 💚

Romano lets beef hang behind glass for five to nine weeks and checks on it daily like a worried parent. Weird flex, but it works: a dry crust forms on the outside while everything underneath turns tender, nutty and rich.

That's dry aging, done properly, right here in Den Haag.

Some days, the good life really is this simple!

A bit of sunshine, fresh air and plenty of space to roam. For Romano, good meat starts long before it reaches the butcher’s block. It starts with care for the animals and knowing where your products come from.

That is what organic means to us.💚

There is always plenty of work to be done at Biologisch Vleesch Atelier, but Romano never lets a busy day get in the way of a good laugh. One minute he is carefully handling the finest organic meat, the next he is using it to attack the camera 😂

Craftsmanship is serious business. Romano, fortunately, is not always.
