🌮✨ Mexican Cooking Workshop — Vegetarian Edition 🇲🇽

Come spend 3.5 delicious hours cooking, eating, and discovering the flavors of Mexico!

Together, we’ll prepare a colorful vegetarian menu from scratch:

🌶️ Fresh homemade salsa
🥒 Calabacitas a la Mexicana
🫓 Handmade tortillas
🍄 Creamy mushroom tacos in a smoky chipotle sauce

You’ll learn traditional techniques, get your hands into the masa, and of course, sit down and enjoy everything we make together.

Throughout the workshop, drinks and snacks will be waiting for you, so you can sip, nibble, cook, and enjoy the experience. 🍹✨

This summer I had the great opportunity to work with amazing people and restaurants.
This has helped me to improve in the plating of dishes, flavour is the main thing but presentation and explanation of the dishes are small details that make a big difference in the experience.

Special thanks to Strandtent 14 for inviting us and their amazing chefs for welcoming us to their kitchen.
