A little throwback to our trip to Clos de l’Obac in Priorat. We had the pleasure to bring some of our beloved clients to this amazing w**e region.

NEW PRODUCER | Domaine Paul Nicolle 🇫🇷

We are incredibly happy to welcome Domaine Paul Nicolle from Chablis to the Kemme W**es portfolio.

Based in Fleys, just a few kilometres from the village of Chablis, the domaine is today run by Charly Nicolle and Lucie Thiéblemont. And their story is almost as special as the w**es.

Charly was born into a family of w**egrowers and grew up among the vineyards of Chablis. His family has been making w**e here for more than 50 years and Charly has been running his own domaine since 2001, dedicating his life to the vineyards and w**es of his home region.

Lucie came to Chablis from a completely different side of gastronomy. Before joining the domaine, she worked as a chef at the legendary three-Michelin-starred La Côte Saint-Jacques near Chablis.

And that is exactly where their paths crossed.

In 2010, Charly came to the restaurant to deliver w**e and met Lucie. Their shared passion for w**e and gastronomy eventually brought them together, both personally and professionally. Today, they work side by side at the domaine.

The vineyards are situated mainly around Fleys, on the right bank of the Serein, planted on the famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils of Chablis. Older vines, long élevage and subtle use of larger oak barrels give the w**es beautiful texture while maintaining the freshness, minerality and almost saline character we look for in great Chablis.

From their Chablis Vieilles Vignes to Premier Cru Les Fourneaux and their tiny production of Grand Cru, the w**es are pure, precise and unmistakably Chablis.

For us, discovering great w**es is always about the people behind them as well. And with Charly and Lucie, we found both.

Na het fantastische succes in Amsterdam kijken we er enorm naar uit om ook in Den Haag onze wijnen te laten proeven en samen een mooie middag te beleven.

NEW WINERY | JEAN-LOUIS CHAVY & PAUL CHAVY

We are very excited to welcome not one, but two generations of Chavy to the Kemme W**es portfolio.

Father and son Jean-Louis and Paul Chavy, based in the heart of Puligny-Montrachet, each make w**es under their own name and with their own identity.

Jean-Louis represents the more classical side of Puligny. His w**es are precise, mineral and beautifully balanced, with a strong focus on the terroirs of his home village.

Paul, however, wanted to look beyond Puligny. While deeply rooted in his family’s heritage, he started building his own domaine with the ambition to explore Burgundy on a much broader scale. Today, his range stretches across different appellations, from Chablis in the north all the way to Corton-Charlemagne, giving him the opportunity to express some of Burgundy’s most distinctive terroirs through his own style.

Two generations, two different visions, connected by the same family, craftsmanship and passion for Burgundy.

We are incredibly happy to represent both Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy and Domaine Paul Chavy in the Netherlands.

Kemme W**es on Tour Amsterdam 2026 🚗

The first edition of KW on Tour was a big success! We had the pleasure of welcoming almost 100 hospitality professionals, who joined us to enjoy our w**es outside in the sun.

NEW WINERY | Jean Féry & Fils 🇫🇷

We are delighted to welcome Jean Féry & Fils to the Kemme W**es portfolio.

A new chapter for the estate began in 2022 with the arrival of the former w**emaker of Armand Heitz, who previously also worked at Domaine de la Vougeraie. His experience has helped shape a style focused on purity, precision and a profound expression of Burgundy’s unique terroirs.

The result is a collection of beautifully balanced w**es with remarkable depth, impressive length and a sense of place that shines through in every glass. Elegant, refined and unmistakably Burgundian.

We are proud to represent Jean Féry & Fils in the Netherlands.
