Caviar & sparkling pairing! We combined the following: Flight 1 Sartarelli Brut (Verdicchio) and Penina Istenic Brut Rosé (Pinot Noir) with the Baeric classic caviar. Flight 2 Ferrari Maximum Blanc de Blanc and Frerejean Frères with the Russian Asetra caviar. Flight 3 Champagne Geoffroy and Champagne Legras & Haas with the Perle Imperial caviar. Great closure of the Wine Professional 2020!

This 2017 Kloster Everbach Riesling has a full taste with some apricot and ripe stone fruit. It combines this flavour with very good acidity which makes it refreshing and perfect for today!
