Founded in 1971 FCSI EAME is one of the fastest growing and dynamic Divisions within the Society. We set the highest standards for Foodservice Consultants. FCSI EAME members offer the most professional independent advice to the Catering and Hospitality Industry. We currently have six chapters serving France, Germany-Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom & Ireland and many consultants throughout other Europe-Africa-Middle East countries.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Luca Salomoni has been appointed as the official BIM Representative for FCSI EAME within the Worldwide Tech Committee. 🙏🏻

With extensive expertise in software solutions and a proven track record of collaboration with EFCEM, NAFEM and NAFES, Luca will lead the efforts to maintain and develop the global BIM standard established in 2014.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Roberto Assi, FCSI, for his years of dedicated service and expertise in this role. Roberto will continue to provide guidance and support to Luca during this transition to ensure continued excellence.

A city known for its energy, culture, innovation… and of course, the iconic Liver Bird.

Our newly revealed logo is a tribute to that symbol:
🔹 Part Liver Bird, part Phoenix, rising from the ashes. Reflecting Liverpool’s powerful urban regeneration.
🔹 Carrying a heart, representing the acronym of our FCSI EAME Conference and the passion that drives our community.

Expect inspiring speakers, a rich program, meaningful connections and plenty of time to explore everything Liverpool has to offer.

With great sadness and deep gratitude, we mourn the loss of our Board Member, Mick Jary.

Mick was an icon in the world of food and hospitality, but above all, he was an exceptional human being. His career was remarkable, his knowledge vast and his contribution to FCSI EAME invaluable. Yet what truly set Mick apart was who he was: genuinely interested in people, generous with his time, sharp, thoughtful, professional and always ready with a smile or a moment of humour.

The speed of his illness feels unreal. His passing leaves a silence that is felt across our community.
We will miss Mick profoundly. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and loved ones. We wish them strength, warmth and comfort in the days ahead.

Mick’s legacy lives on in the people he inspired, the connections he made and the memories we carry with us.
Everything you keep in your heart is never truly lost.
