(Produced) Water Threatment Technology

Compared to state-of-the-art cyclone-systems, CYM-TECH has the following advantages:

• Higher throughput
• Higher separation efficiency (twice as good!)
• Significantly lower pressure drop; therefore:
• Significantly lower energy consumption (e.g. required pumping capacity)
• Lower internal shear and mixing
• Unique cyclone design

Applications:

• General water treatment
• De-oiling

For produced water applications: e.g. 2” Hydrocyclone; typical flowrate: 2.5 m3/hr per liner. Units can be placed in parallel and/or in series (increase in performance, flowrate, flexibility etc.

CYMACH’s cylconefilter (patent pending) can filter from water down to 10-20 micron (this is a thousandth of a millimeter!)

Actually it isn’t a filter that accumulates, but a separator, this makes filtering much more efficient, in terms of flow (2.5m3/hr) and durability.

It can also separate any liquid (with density difference) from water, for example oil.

We’re making water cleaner by the day!
