Nå har jeg fylt opp fryseren med alle godbitene fra oksen Tyr, her får du porterhouse på kiloen (!), tomahawk til grillen og karbonadedeig av bankekjøtt og lårtunge for de mindre fettglade.
Bestill på osytre.no/butikk så kan dere hente varene etter avtale, eller hver torsdag 18-20 hjemme på garden.
