POV: You just reached Kolkata and found the perfect quiet corner.
There is something so cinematic about watching the hustle of Sealdah station from behind a glass window with a coffee and a brownie. The Restaurant having train coaches is a vibe, all the charm of a train journey, but the food actually stays on the plate!

If you ask me what the best cuisine in the world is, I won’t point you to a Michelin star restaurant. I’ll point you to a tiny, smoke-filled Newari café tucked inside a narrow, bending alleyway in the heart of Kathmandu.

This isn’t just food; it’s a Newari Khaja Set, and it’s a masterclass in flavor and texture. From the smokiness of the Choila to the crunch of the Bhatmas (black soybeans) and the punch of the Aloo Tama, every bite tells a story of the Kathmandu Valley.
