A true taste of Ilam’s artisanal tradition. Our cow ghee is made from artisanal cheese butter of Ilam, gently clarified a little longer for its deep golden-brown glow. We filter it multiple times for purity, and pour it directly from the pot into each jar — untouched, from a single source for better preservation. ✨

Clarified in a way that we do back home: perfectly golden and look how grainy it’s inside. Has that sweet, caramelized aroma which makes each meal delicious. 😋
