Ingredients:

- 2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- ยผ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- A pinch of black pepper

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the salsa sit for 10โ€“15 minutes so the flavours come together.

Pair it with our kodo and corn nachos, made in Nepal, with this fresh and easy salsa recipe. A simple snack thatโ€™s full of flavour and made with ingredients you can feel good about.
