What is the one dish that takes you back to your childhood??? 🍲✨

For me, it's Portuguese Bolo de Ananás. My mum would bake this for every special occasion—birthdays, Christmas, Christenings. 🎂🎄🎉

Anyone who knows me knows that my mum passed away when I was very young, so when I took it out of the baking dish, there were tears. 😢

It just took me back to watching her in the kitchen, with the beautiful smells coming out of the oven, Portuguese music playing on the radio, and lots of dancing and smiling. 🎶💃

I loved making this today in the Thermomix. It all started with the caramel that goes at the bottom—no stirring, and it turned out perfect.

The only thing missing was the candied cherries in the middle of the pineapple slices. 🍍🍒Feeling nostalgic and grateful for my Portuguese recipes on Cookidoo®. 🥰📖

One of my kids' favorite meals is homemade chicken nuggets with cheese sauce. 🧀 It used to be a bit stressful juggling the nuggets and making the cheese sauce without burning it. 😅But now, with the Thermomix, I can let it handle the cheese sauce while I focus on the nuggets.

No stirring, no stress, and no burning! 🔥👌 It turned out perfect!

Just a reminder that the free Thermomix Cutter with the purchase of a TM6 ends tomorrow night. This was one of the accessories I really wanted.

I got mine on Friday and absolutely love it. Have used it to grate a large slab of cheese I bought on special that is going in the freezer (without that ugly white powder the grated cheese at the shops has). Also made pumpkin fries for my son and I, so delicious!!!

Tyde and I have joined THERMOfit With Noni 6 week challenge! So this weekend has been all about preparation.

Made today so far: granola (smells so good), nut butter, gluten free bread and about to make some snack bars.

All made with the help of Thermomix ®️,
with fresh ingredients and no preservatives and so much cheaper than store bought.
