FairFolk Collective FairFolk Collective creates premium freeze dried fruit in Central Otago using locally grown produce.

Our fruit is picked at peak ripeness and gently freeze dried to lock in real flavour, natural sweetness, and nutrients – with nothing added.

our freeze drier doesn't require much maintenance. however it does let us know when it's time for an oil change! after that it should perform better! 👍

it usually says one word; strawberry, blueberry, or fig 🫐

if you buy our og products, it will be what the mix is made up of i.e. peach, apricot, and nectarine 🍑

that's it! the freeze drying process does the work of any additive or preservative that may be required, so you'll never find a number or chemical you can't pronounce in our ingredient list 😉

no sugar either! cause why would you if you pick and process the fruit at its peak ripeness. now that's just silly 🤪
