Enzyme Services was formed in 1985 to deliver enzyme systems, auxiliaries and bio-product to perform in a wide range of industrial processing applications.

Zymus represents the combination of two companies that were established in the mid-eighties, both having established a strong history of achievements supplying products and technical services to the food and beverage industry in Australasia. Citrus Services was founded in 1984 to fulfill the role of marketing and technical sales for the internationally based suppliers of flavours, essential oils, colours, fruit juice concentrates and food ingredients. These included brewing, fruit and w**e processing, dairy, protein hydrolysis and food manufacturing. Zymus today is the best of these two strong and experienced, technically driven teams. The Managing Director, Maria Dagger, is the eldest daughter of the founder of Citrus Services. Dan Pedersen (deceased 1987). Maria’s vision is for the organisation to be high achievers and leaders; striving to be the best in the industry by promoting a positive, significant difference through exceptional service. Fostering relationships with dynamic partnering is a proven formulation for bonding success. Strong partnerships with unique international organisations are essential building blocks in Zymus foundations, resulting in value and competitive advantage that cannot be imitated.
