Citrus Services was founded in 1984 to fulfill the role of marketing and technical sales for the internationally based suppliers of flavours, essential oils,
colours, fruit juice concentrates and food ingredients. These included brewing, fruit and wine processing, dairy, protein hydrolysis and food manufacturing. Zymus today is the best of these two strong and experienced, technically driven teams. The Managing Director, Maria Dagger, is the eldest daughter of the founder of Citrus Services. Dan Pedersen (deceased 1987).
