As a mother of three growing children, I was continually beating myself up for putting highly processed snacks in my kids lunch box. Hence I set about making these pre-sliced, ready-to-bake gourmet biscuits. Fully tested on my children and made with no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives you can happily call them your own. I am planning to launch some other varieties (when I find some spare time), however in the meantime I would welcome your feedback. they are not just for the kids!
