Brioche Croque Madame

Our Brioche Croque Madame layers buttery brioche, creamy cheese sauce, Farmland Glazed Ham, and a golden fried egg — the kind of meal that brings everyone closer.

Ingredients
8 slices brioche
8 slices Farmland Thin Sliced Glazed Ham
100g Gruyère, grated
4 eggs
Butter, salt, pepper
Simple béchamel (butter, flour, milk, parmesan, mustard, nutmeg)
Method
Make béchamel: cook butter + flour, whisk in milk, add parmesan, mustard & seasoning.
Butter brioche, layer with béchamel, ham, and top with more béchamel + Gruyère.
Bake at 200 °C for 15 min until golden.
Fry eggs sunny-side up and place one on each sandwich.
Serve hot and enjoy!
