This October, we packed our bags and headed to the organic tea gardens in Qimen (Keemun) County, Anhui, China, to uncover what organic tea is all about. It wasn’t just about tea—it was about the stories behind it.

This is also where TeaMates Organic Keemun Black Tea exactly comes from. What’s special about this place? It’s not your average tea garden. As an organic farm, biodiversity is highly valued here. It is Week 2 at the Riccarton Sunday Market, and we're feeling more relaxed! 🌿✨ It’s been such a pleasure meeting and connecting with incredible people from all over the world—truly inspiring.

Today, we had a great chat with a professor from Japan, a lovely couple visiting from Singapore, lots of local tea enthusiasts from Christchurch, and some new friends from China.

Tea has this beautiful way of bringing us together. It perfectly resonates with what TeaMates is all about: connecting with yourself, with others, and with nature. 🍵💫
