We are on the lookout for a passionate, talented Digital Marketing Manager!
Are you savvy in the digital marketing space? Can you create eye catching social media content and websites. Do you have experience engaging with and growing a digital community and global audience?
We are looking for a passionate person to join our multi-faceted agricultural business. Our business involves The LeanFarm Project (a global training/ speaking / digital business), Grassmere Dairy (a 4th generation family farming business) and Grassmere Estate (our new Agri-Tourism and Events business).
You will be knowledgable in all things digital marketing, have good organisation skills and discipline, a great eye for detail, creative on social media, an ability to find and tap into target audiences, a talent for content that engages and converts, curiosity and a positive can do attitude. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the Ag sector and farming (but not essential) or at least be passionate about farming life.
You will take on all our digital platforms from Wordpress websites, to marketing campaigns and CMS, social media channels and paid advertising channels.
The role is initially part-time for 10 hours per week, possibly 15 and with growth in business, there is endless scope and growth opportunities with the role. You will have the ability to work from anywhere and anytime to suit your lifestyle and commitments. The job could suit busy parents looking for some flexible work, or talented students/ graduates that want a challenge or freelancers that would like to fill their capacity.
