Everybody sees the food caravan, pictures,videos, the sold-out days, and thinks, “Shurrt must be rich👎😅 ” "Looks easy" 🤔😮‍💨🤕🫩😓 What they don’t see is the late nights, early mornings, Burnt hands,feet hurting,Being a parent,Caregiving,Running my own household, The Crying in silent cause everyone seems to think I can handle holding up the world on these 2 shoulders 😮‍💨🫩😮‍💨🫩school runs on work hours, Sick days and still good to go! Even my own Partner Sacrifices alot for me this business and my whanau. and working in what feels like the hottest box OMG 🥵🥵 These red sweaty faces,burnt hands ain’t from laying on the beach getting a tan — that’s hard work, heat, grease, smoke, and long hours packed into this little hot box.

Owning a food truck ain’t for the weak. It’s hard work every single day. But at the same time, we’re thankful beyond words. Thank you, Jesus, for giving us the opportunity, the strength, and a willing and able body to get out here and grind every day. It may not make us rich, but it will help us one day! and for that we’re grateful.
