Mulberry View Farms J&M Evans Welcome to Mulberry Farm Views. We are a small farm situated in the Northern Waikato region of Pukekawa.

We are a sustainably focused family, with a large assortment of fruit trees, free change chickens as well as our sheep and beef. Our property is powered completely off grid, something we are super proud of for both financial security and our environmental impact. 🚂🐑 **Toot toot! All aboard the sheep express!** 😂

Mr 5 got a train whistle (thanks Red Cottage Crafts) for his birthday, and I've been brainstorming ways to turn it into an *outside-only toy*… for the sake of Mum's sanity! 🤣🙉

What better idea than teaching our sheep to come running at the sound of it?!

A little sheep muesli, a few enthusiastic t***s, and hopefully our woolly friends will soon learn that **TOOT TOOT = TREAT TIME!** 🐑🌾

Valais Blacknose sheep are famous for their beautiful shaggy wool, but keeping those gorgeous coats healthy requires regular maintenance.
Unlike many other sheep breeds, Valais Blacknose sheep need to be shorn atleast twice a year, approximately every six months (we do March and again in October) with an additional belly crutch prior to lambing, due to their fast-growing fleece. Regular shearing helps prevent overheating, matting and discomfort, while keeping their skin and wool in good condition. It's an important part of caring for these beautiful, woolly paddock puppies! 🐑🤍

We have had a few people asking if we would consider keeping 'Mr Fluffy' entire-
At Mulberry View Farms , we choose to wether our extra friendly ram lambs because we believe their gentle, affectionate personalities deserve to be enjoyed without the challenges that can come with keeping an entire ram.
As ram lambs mature, hormones can influence their behaviour, making even the friendliest boys more unpredictable. Wethering allows them to grow into wonderful, manageable companions, making them better suited to life as much-loved pets on lifestyle blocks without the testosterone surges that comes with rams. 🐑🤍

F3 valais wether, he is a bottle top up baby (so he had the luxury of both mum and bottles). Because of this he is very friendly and would make the perfect pet/paddock puppy.
Will be available early December once weaned.

A gorgeous and well grown purebred ewe lamb sired by Parkdale Finn out of Rosecreek Harriot. Wasn't weaned until 6 months so is a chunky wee lass.

A true testament to the breed with a naturally curious and friendly personality. Definitely knows what a cup of feed means and will be first to the gate for a snack.

(but think 2k+ to avoid disappointment)

Will be put to the ram in the new year and her price will increase accordingly.

Currently in full fleece but will be shorn in the next couple of weeks.

Happy to work with transporters but preference will go to someone who can view and collect in person.
