For the love of Rosemary…a herb of protection, remembrance, mood elevation, brain function, scalp and hair health and a host of other amazing medicinal benefits. It’s a favourite of mine and something I weave into my sensory facials, skin care and my home kitchen! I have recently made the most beautiful fragrant Rosemary hydrosol mist and for those of you that have been for a facial recently, would have received this lovingly massaged into your scalp. Rosemary is my dear dear friend and I thank her for all her magical gifts 💚

Hydrotherapy means ‘therapy that uses water as medicine’ and is one of the most beautiful ways to nurture, deeply hydrate and treat skin to be its most beautiful self
As part of my sensory facials I am now weaving in hydrotherapy integrating skin loving and nurturing medicinal flowers and herbs through a water infusion and warm soothing compresses.
