Who else ends up with bread ends and bread that is not as fresh as the family likes.... Simply break up and blitz in the Thermomix and freeze for later use for stuffing, coatings etc.

Add herbs etc for extra flavour.....

Who else loves to preserve food but sometimes it's the lack of time that holds you back. In under 2 hours I had 9 bottles of beetroot made and less than an hour of this time required me to be in the kitchen. The rest the Thermomix took care of for me and very little clean-up to do at the end of the process which is a bonus.
