We are now OPEN in Queen Elizabeth Park, 1 Dixon St. Refund Policy:

-Courier Items: We will not provide refunds for any late, missing or damaged products/parcels. Please order these products at your own risk. All refunds are given as store credit. No cash refunds. This policy is valid from 16 July 2021 and onwards. Subject to change at any time. As our products are edible/have a short shelf life

, they are non refundable.

-Online Shipping/Refund Policy: For shipping we use New Zealand Post, CourierPost, and Posthaste (Depending on availability/location). Once products have been picked up/delivered to the courier depot they are no longer Sweet Cheeks Cakerys' responsibility and are shipped at the customers risk.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. Once the order is placed, cancellations/exchanges are not accepted.
