Why Platters?

My best friend asked me to be her maid of honor early 2018. Of course I said yes, and we had a blast planning her wedding over the next year. I now had the challenge of hosting her bridal shower in my home and there were endless nights scrolling through Pintrest, saving things to my phone from Instagram and continually changing the ideas that I had in my head. One thing I kept coming back to was β€œhow was I going to cater for a large amount of people?” We had people that were doing Keto, people who were allergic to a few things and a couple of vegans and vegetarians within the family also. This is where I decided to create a grazing platter where there was no obligation to have to eat and also so that there was a wide range of choices for those who are usually limited to what they can and can’t eat. I also thought that that would be a great idea as it took away the formality of having to sit around a table, instead we were able to grab something to nibble on and continue on with the festivities of the bridal shower. Fast forward a couple weeks,there was non stop chatter about how well received the platter I had put on for my guests was, and a after a few wines and researching about how to run a platter business, I thought why not? This is how Graze Craze was born.
